Dear Families: We hope everyone stayed warm during the polar vortex! We are excited to resume classes and get back into a full week of learning! Last week we had so much for digging into snow and the winter weather. We will continue to talk about the Winter and begin to discuss how animals react to the wintery weather as well. We will use language such as migration and hibernation. During small groups we are going to be trying out some new dynamic grouping to help each reach each student at their own level. Students will be doing different independent activities and will be called over to work with the teachers when it is their turn. OUTSIDE TIME: Please remember that we will most likely go outdoors if the weather is appropriate. Please remember to send appropriate winter gear, so that the children can warmly explore outdoors during the long winter months. Mittens are awesome for preschoolers! They keep their hands warm and are easier for young children to put on. If mittens are an option for you please send your child in with them. Upcoming Events: Monday, February 18th- No School Have a great week, Ms. Weinberg and Ms. Moore
