What a busy first full week in preschool! The students are getting more and more comfortable with our daily routine and are busy making new friends. Last week we worked on the classroom rules. The students helped us come up with rules for our room after reading, David Goes to School by David Shannon.
This week we will read the book, The Recess Queen by Alexis O’Neill. We will use this book to help us figure out how to solve problems within our classroom and what we can do when we are not getting along with our friends. In addition, we will read, Reading Makes You Feel Good by Todd Parr. This book better understand how books can help us learn.
